Sunday Social {#2}

Welcome back for another edition of Sunday Social. I love this link up. A big thanks to Neely and Ashley for making Sundays more fun in the blogging world!

Favorite movie of all time?
When Harry Met Sally

After 23 years, so much of this movie still applies to relationships. Can men and women really be friends? Or does the sex part always get in the way?

And I always love the little breaks to the couch above to interview real couples.
“Nine extra floors…”

Favorite movie quote?

Might just have to be from one of the interviews in When Harry Met Sally,

“I knew the way you know about a good melon”

Best movie to watch for a girls night in?

The only thing I can picture here is me and Kaylin (my bestie) watching The Notebook. That will always be a good choice.

Best breakup movie?

He’s Just Not that Into You.

It smacks you in the face with reality but they shows you that there can be a happy ending. I also think a lot of the quotes from this are hilarious,

“Get yourself some wings and some ice cream cause you have been dumped.”

Favorite celeb eye candy?

Tom Brady.

Let’s take this back a bit. I’m 14 watching football; he’s 24 and sitting the bench while Drew Bledsoe starts. My step-dad explains this to me and as the camera pans to Mr. Brady, I fall in love. And even though he married Gisele (boo) and maybe got a little too metro recently, he’s still my #1 pick.

Which movie stars closet would you want to raid?

Rachel Bilson.

She is trendy without being too ridiculous. She often goes for neutrals with a pop of color. Just my style.

Hope you all are having a wonderful Father’s day!

  • Just stopping by say HI from the Sunday Social …. Tom Brady is ohh-la-la!!!!! Who cares his wife/girlfriend/whatever is a super-gorgeous wife. It cracks me up how many people are including “When Harry Met Sally” on their list. Have a great week!

  • My favorite quote almost ended up being, “Waiter, thee is too much pepper in my paprikash, but I would be proud to partake of your pecan pie. . . Pecan pie.” Such a great movie. I love all the vignettes in that movie too.

    • Is that what they are called? Vignettes? You learn something new every day. Thanks for sharing!
